【Abstract】 To introduce Professor Sun Shidao’s clinical experience in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema.It is considered that the pathogenesis of the diseases is yang floating due to exuberant heat and impairment of qi and yin according to the syndrome differentiation of dermatitis and eczema. In the treatment of the diseases, it should be distinguished about the type of heat pathogenic factors, the degree of yang floating, and the symptoms of impairment of qi and yin. The treatment method is clearing away heat and suppressing yang to relieve itching and replenishing qi and nourishing yin to consolidate vital base. The characteristic prescriptions include Sanhuang Lishi decoction, Qinzhu Liangxue recipe, Yangyin Yiqi recipe and Sizhong decoction. And one proven case is presented.更多还原
