【摘要】 目的观察耳穴贴压干预儿童过敏性咳嗽的效果,为其临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取过敏性咳嗽患者82例作为研究对象,并按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。两组均予孟鲁司特钠常规口服治疗,观察组在此基础上予耳穴贴压干预,连续治疗1周,对比分析临床疗效、症状（咳嗽、咽痒、干咳、咯痰不畅）评分及消失时间和治疗前后肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV₁）、用力肺活量（FVC）、FEV₁/FVC]、血气分析指标[二氧化碳分压（PaCO₂）、氧分压（PaO₂）、氧饱和度（SaO₂）]及血清炎症因子[C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-a（TNF-a）]水平,并对两组治疗显效患者跟踪随访6个月,统计复发率。结果观察组显效率为80.5%,与对照组的58.5%比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组症状消失时间短、复发率低,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后症状评分、肺功能指标、血气分析指标及血清炎症因子与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）,且治疗组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论耳穴贴压干预孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童过敏性咳嗽疗效较显著,不仅能够改善症状,且有效促进肺功能恢复、降低机体炎症状态及减少复发可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of auricular point sticking in intervening allergic cough in kids, and to provide beneficial reference evidence for the clinical treatment. Method Eighty-two patients with allergic cough were recruited as the subjects and allocated into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. Oral Montelukast sodium was offered to both groups. In addition, the observation group was given auricular point sticking for one week. The clinical symptom scores（coughing, itchy pharynx, dry cough, and difficulty expectorating） and the disappearing time of the symptoms, as well as the pulmonary function indexes [forced expiratory volume in 1 second（FEV₁）, forced vital capacity（FVC）, and FEV₁/FVC], blood gas analysis parameters（PaCO₂, PaO₂ and SaO₂） and serum inflammatory factors levels [C-reactive protein（CRP）, interleukin（IL）-6) and tumor necrosis factor（TNF）-a] were comparatively analyzed. The markedly effective cases in both groups were followed up for 6 months to estimate the relapse rate. Result The markedly effective rate was 80.5% in the observation group, which was significantly different from 58.5% in the control group（P<0.05）. The symptoms disappeared earlier in the observation group with a lower relapse rate, which were significantly different from those in the control group（P<0.05）. The symptom scores, pulmonary function parameters, blood gas analysis indexes and serum inflammatory factors changed significantly after treatment in both groups（P<0.05）, and the observation group was superior to the control group, presenting statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion Auricular point sticking plus Montelukast sodium can produce significant efficacy in treating allergic cough in kids; it can not only improve the symptoms, but also effectively promote the recovery of pulmonary function, down-regulate the inflammatory status and reduce the possibility of relapse.更多还原
