【摘要】 目的观察隔盐灸配合耳穴贴压治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法将90例多囊卵巢综合征患者按就诊顺序分为隔盐灸组30例、耳穴贴压组30例和联合组30例,各组分别给予相应治疗,疗程均为30 d。治疗后观察3组患者血清性激素水平、体质量、BMI。结果 3组治疗后促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、LH/FSH、睾酮(T)水平均下降,雌二醇(E2)水平升高(P<0.05);体质量、BMI下降(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后上述各指标优于隔盐灸组和耳穴贴压组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔盐灸配合耳穴贴压治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的综合疗效确切,且优于隔盐灸组和耳穴贴压组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of salt moxibustion plus auricular plaster therapy for polycystic ovarian syndrome. Method Ninety patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome were allocated, in order of visits, to salt moxibustion, auricular plaster therapy and combination groups, 30 cases in each group. Each group received corresponding treatment. The course of treatment was 90 days in all the groups. Serum sex hormone levels, body mass and BMI were observed in the three groups after treatment. Result Luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and testosterone(T) levels, LH/FSH, body mass and BMI decreased and estradiol(E2) levels increased in the three groups after treatment(P<0.05). The above indicators were better in the combination group than in the salt moxibustion and auricular plaster therapy groups after treatment with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Salt moxibustion plus auricular plaster therapy has a definite comprehensive effect on polycystic ovarian syndrome. The effect is better in the combination group than in the salt moxibustion and auricular plaster therapy groups.更多还原
