【摘要】 目的观察引气归元针法治疗精索静脉曲张所致男性不育的临床疗效。方法选择100例精索静脉曲张所致不育的男性患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规电针治疗,治疗组采用引气归元针法治疗,监测两组患者治疗前后a级、(a+b)级精子活动率变化。结果两组治疗后a级、(a+b)级精子活动率均较治疗前有改善(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后a级、(a+b)级精子活动率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.9%,对照组总有效率为70.8%,两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引气归元针法治疗精索静脉曲张所致男性不育疗效较显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yin Qi Gui Yuan(guiding qi back to the primordial) needling method in treating varicocele-induced male infertility. Method One hundred male patients with varicocele-induced infertility were recruited and randomized into a treatment group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional electroacupuncture, while the treatment group was intervened by Yin Qi Gui Yuan needling method. The changes in the motility rates of sperms of grade a and grades(a+b) in the two groups of patients were monitored. Result The motility rates of sperms of grade a and grades(a+b) were improved after treatment in both groups(P<0.01); after treatment, the treatment group was superior to the control group comparing the motility rates of sperms of grade a and grades(a+b)(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 93.9% in the treatment group versus 70.8% in the control group, and there was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Yin Qi Gui Yuan needling method can produce significant efficacy in treating varicocele-induced male infertility.更多还原
