【摘要】 目的观察循经艾灸预防乳腺癌患者根治术后上肢水肿的效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取乳腺外科乳腺癌根治术的患者150例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上在手术侧上肢循经艾灸。于术前1d、术后第14天和术后1个月,测量两组患者患侧上肢水肿程度。结果观察组术后患侧上肢水肿发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术后循经艾灸可有效预防乳腺癌根治术后患侧上肢水肿,提高患者舒适度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of along-meridian moxibustion in preventing upper-limb swelling after radical mastectomy. Method By convenience sampling method, 150 patients who were going to receive radical mastectomy were recruited from the Breast Surgery Department and randomized into a control group and an observation group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional caring, and the observation group was given moxibustion along the meridians of the affected upper limb in addition to the intervention given to the control group. The swelling degree of the affected upper limb was measured 1 d before surgery and 14 d and 1 month after surgery. Result The post-surgery incidence rate of swelling of the affected upper limb was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Along-meridian moxibustion can effectively prevent swelling of the affected upper limb after radical mastectomy and enhance the comfort degree.更多还原
