【摘要】 目的观察穴位埋线联合中药治疗痰湿内盛型非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效。方法选取215例痰湿内盛型非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者作为研究对象,分为A组(73例)、B组(72例)和C组(70例)。A组采用2-0号羊肠线肌肉层穴位埋线联合自拟四生降脂汤治疗,B组采用2-0号羊肠线脂肪层穴位埋线联合自拟四生降脂汤治疗,C组采用自拟四生降脂汤治疗。观察3组治疗后疗效、中医症状评分及血清学指标水平。观察3组患者治疗前后肝脏B超评分及CT值。结果 A组总有效率为90.4%,明显高于B组及C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组治疗后腹胀、乏力、胁痛、肥胖及神疲评分均下降(P<0.05),A组上述指标低于B组及C组(P<0.05)。3组治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平均下降(P<0.05),其中A组患者上述指标低于B组及C组(P<0.05)。3组患者B超评分明显降低,肝CT值明显升高(P<0.05),其中A组患者B超评分低于B组及C组,肝CT值高于B组及C组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线在肌肉层联合自拟四生降脂汤治疗痰湿内盛型非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效显著,能够明显降低患者血脂指标,恢复患者肝功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding plus Chinese herbal medicine in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of phlegm-dampness internal accumulation type. Method Two hundred and fifteen patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of phlegm-dampness internal accumulation type were enrolled as subjects and assigned to group A(73 cases), group B(72 cases) and group C(70 cases). Group A received size 2-0 catgut embedding at acupoint in muscular layer plus oral administration of self-prescribed Shisheng Jiangzhi decoction; group B, size 2-0 catgut embedding at acupoint in fat layer plus oral administration of self-prescribed Shisheng Jiangzhi decoction; group C, oral administration of self-prescribed Shisheng Jiangzhi decoction. The therapeutic effect was evaluated, the TCM symptom score was recorded and serological indicators were measured in the three groups after treatment. In the three groups of patients, hepatic B-ultrasound score was recorded and liver CT value was calculated before and after treatment. Result The total efficacy rate was 90.4% in group A, which was significantly higher than in groups B and C with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). After treatment, abdominal distension, weakness, hypochondriac pain, obesity and lassitude scores decreased in the three groups(P<0.05) and were lower in group A than in groups B and C(P<0.05). After treatment, serum TC, TG, ALT and AST levels decreased in the three groups(P<0.05) and were lower in group A of patients than in groups B and C(P<0.05). Hepatic B-ultrasound score decreased significantly and liver CT value increased significantly in the three groups of patients(P<0.05). B-ultrasound score reduction range was larger and liver CT value was higher in group A of patients than in groups B and C(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding in muscular layer plus self-prescribed Shisheng Jiangzhi decoction has the best therapeutic effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of phlegm-dampness internal accumulation type. It can markedly reduce blood lipids and restore liver function in the patients.更多还原
