【摘要】 船舶涂装是船舶制造业中最主要的污染源之一,是耗能、耗水和挥发性有机化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds, VOCs)排放的主要源头。阐述船舶涂装过程中VOCs低浓度、大风量的排放情况,分析当前国内外VOCs减排的现状,指出涂装过程中存在溶剂型涂料使用、无组织排放管控难、VOCs治理技术不成熟的问题,提出VOCs减排应从源头预防、过程控制、末端治理三个方面展开。

【Abstract】 Ship coating is one of the major pollution sources in the shipbuilding industry and the main cause of energy consumption, water consumption and Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) emission. This paper expounds the emission of VOCs with low concentration and large air volume in the process of ship coating, analyzes the current situation of VOCs emission reduction at home and abroad, points out the problems in the process of coating, such as the use of solvent based coating, the difficulty unorganized emission control, and the immature VOCs treatment technology, and then puts forward that VOCs emission reduction should be carried out from three aspects: source prevention, process control and terminal treatment.
