导电钛酸钾晶须的常温还原制备及表征
Preparation and Characterization of Conductive Potassium Titanate Whisker at Room Temperature
【摘要】 钛酸钾晶须是一种结晶度高、物理力学性能优异、化学性能稳定的新型针状单晶材料,本身不具有导电性,如果能够通过材料改性使其具有导电性,则其应用领域可以拓展到抗静电防辐射的材料领域。利用锌粉作为还原剂将钛酸钾中的四价钛部分还原为三价钛(Ti+3)导致钛酸钾本身具有一定的导电性;同时在晶须表面包覆掺锑氧化锡的方法获得了良好导电能力的钛酸钾晶须导电材料,并研究了制备过程中各种因素对导电性能的影响。结果表明:常温还原法能在一定程度上改善钛酸钾晶须的电性能;亚价钛容易被空气中的氧气氧化成Ti+4,pH值=2.5时的电阻较小,即导电性能较好;在其他温度不变的情况下,钛酸钾导电晶须在保温时间t=120min时有着更好的电性能。
【Abstract】 Potassium titanate is a new type of needle-like monocrystalline material with high crystallization, excellent physical and electrical properties and stable chemical properties, which is not conductive in itself, and if it can be modified by material to make it conductive, its application field can be extended to the field of materials resistant to electrostation and radiation. Using zinc powder as a reducing agent to reduce the four-priced titanium part of potassium titanate to tri-priced titanium(Ti+3) causes potassium titanate itself to have a certain conductivity, and at the same time obtains a good conductive capacity of potassium titanate crystalline stylodium conductive material in the bread of the crystal table, and studies the effect of various factors on conductivity in the preparation process. The results show that the at room temperature reduction method can improve the electrical properties of potassium titanate to a certain extent, the sub-price titanium is easily oxidized into Ti+4 plus by oxygen in the air, the resistance is small at pH 2.5, that is, the conductivity is better, and the conductive crystals of potassium titanate must have better electrical properties when the insulation time is t-120 min.
