TJY建筑保温腻子的研制
Development of The TJY Building Thermal Insulation Putty
【摘要】 TJY建筑保温腻子主要是为了与建筑反射隔热涂料配套使用而研制的,其导热系数≤0.062 W/(m·K),拉伸粘结强度≥0.11 MPa,最大应用厚度高达25 mm。探讨了乳胶粉加入量对腻子拉伸粘结强度的影响、粉煤灰空心微珠对腻子干密度和导热系数的影响、膨胀玻化微珠对腻子干密度和粘结强度的影响、凝聚硅灰对腻子力学强度和干密度的影响以及木质纤维、纤维素醚在腻子中的作用等。TJY建筑保温腻子-建筑反射隔热涂料外墙节能系统取消了抗裂防护层,构造简单。
【Abstract】 The TJY building thermal insulation putty is developed for use with architectural reflective insulation coatings. Its thermal conductivity is ≤ 0.062 W/(m·K),tensile bond strength is ≥ 0.11 MPa,and maximum applied thickness is 25 mm. The influences of latex powder addition on the tensile bond strength,the fly ash hollow bead on dry density and thermal conductivity,the expanded vitrified microsphere on dry density and bond strength;the silica fume on mechanical strength and dry density,and the action of wood fiber and cellulose ether in the putty was discussed. The TJY building insulation putty-building reflective insulation coatings exterior wall energy-saving system eliminates the anti-cracking protective layer and has a simple structure.
