重型燃气轮机用大型高温合金轮盘锻件研究
Study of Large High Temperature Superalloy Forging for Turbine Disc in Heavy Duty Gas Turbines
【摘要】 介绍了国内外燃气轮机透平轮盘用高温合金成分特点、冶炼工艺、研发和应用情况,并介绍了国内锻造厂制造能力情况。分析了大型透平轮盘锻件研发和应用面临的难点,给出我国重型燃气轮机透平轮盘用650℃等级大型高温合金锻件的研发和应用建议。
【Abstract】 For the high temperature sueralloy forging used in turbine disc at home and abroad,its chemical characteristics,smelting process,R&D and application situation are presented. Meanwhile,the manufacturing capability of domestic forging factories is also given. The difficulties of R&D and application for the large superalloy disc forgings are analyzed,and suggestions are proposed for large superalloy forging used at 650 ℃ for turbine disc of heavy duty gas turbine.
