大功率家用燃气灶的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of High Power Domestic Gas Stove
【摘要】 采用数值模拟的方法,对燃气灶不同功率、不同一次空气系数的燃烧状况进行了模拟研究。揭示了大功率、高一次空气系数在现有燃气灶火孔形式下的燃烧情况。模拟结果表明,相同一次空气系数下,燃烧功率增大会增大锅架处的烟气流速波动范围和烟气高温区域范围;而相同功率下,不同一次空气系数对燃烧火焰形态影响较大,进而影响同一高度处的温度分布。为大功率高一次空气系数的家用燃气灶的设计及优化提供了参考依据。
【Abstract】 Numerical simulation method is used to simulate the combustion of gas stove with different power and primary air coefficient. The combustion situation of high power and high primary air coefficient in the existing gas stove is revealed. The simulation results show that the increase of combustion power will increase the fluctuation range of flue gas velocity and the range of flue gas high temperature region at the boiler rack under the same primary air coefficient. While under the same power, different primary air coefficients have a greater impact on the combustion flame shape, then affect the temperature distribution at the same height. It provides a reference for the design and optimization of domestic gas stoves with high power and high primary air coefficient.
