【Abstract】 The construction of new engineering is a positive response to the new strategy of national development,new trend of industrial development and new situation of international competition. Its essence is to improve the quality of engineering personnel trainingwith the focus on clarifying the quality structure of engineering personnel and exploring new laws of engineering personnel training. In the exploration and practice of new engineering construction,colleges and universities should take the future and global orientation,meet the needs of engineering development,start from integration of humanistic education, reform of professional education, innovation of engineering teaching methods,and construction of cooperative education community,and make concerted efforts in the aspects of talent character,engineering knowledge and engineering ability training so as to establish and improve the quality structure of new engineering talents in all dimensions,enrichinghe talent training in an all-round way.更多还原
