不锈钢点蚀与缝隙腐蚀评价技术研究及其应用

【摘要】 为了满足我国不锈钢产品开发与服役适用性评价等方面的需求,改进和创新不锈钢腐蚀评价技术、探究不同因素影响下局部腐蚀发生的临界条件、积累大量系统腐蚀数据指导不锈钢的开发与应用,对现阶段我国不锈钢腐蚀研究工作具有重要意义。针对不锈钢服役中最常见的两种局部腐蚀失效形式——点蚀和缝隙腐蚀,对相关标准试验方法及其适用性进行分析,并着重介绍近年来复旦大学腐蚀实验室在不锈钢点蚀和缝隙腐蚀评价方面开发和实现的一批新技术及其应用实例。包括:(1)恒电位脉冲技术(PPT);(2)点蚀再钝化温度测试技术;(3)临界点蚀氯离子浓度测试技术;(4)临界缝隙腐蚀氯离子浓度测试技术。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of development and fitness-for-service assessment of stainless steel products in China,it is of great significance to improve and innovate corrosion evaluation technologies,to explore the critical conditions of local corrosion under the influence of different factors and to accumulate a large amount of systematic data to guide the development and application of stainless steels in China at the present stage. For the two most common forms of localized corrosion of stainless steels in service,pitting and crevice corrosion,the relevant standard test methods and their applicability were discussed. Several new measurement technologies developed and implemented in corrosion laboratory of Fudan University in recent years on pitting and crevice corrosion evaluation of stainless steel and their applications were introduced, including:( 1)potentiostatic pulse technique( PPT);( 2) pitting repassivation temperature measurement;( 3)critical pitting chloride concentration measurement;( 4) critical crevice corrosion chlorion concentration measurement.
