PMO脉冲参数对钢液内电磁场和流场分布的影响

【摘要】 运用ANSYS软件对脉冲磁致振荡(PMO)作用下18 t钢锭凝固过程中电磁场和流场的分布进行了数值模拟,并研究了脉冲参数对钢液内部磁感应强度、焦耳热和钢液流速的影响。结果表明:当电流峰值一定时,改变脉冲宽度会改变磁场作用区域的大小,而钢液流速及磁感应强度的最大值保持不变。当脉冲宽度一定时,增加电流峰值会使钢液流速及磁感应强度的峰值成倍增加。

【Abstract】 Numerical simulation of the electromagnetic field and flow field distributions in solidification process of 18 t ingot under PMO has been carried out with ANSYS software,and the influence of pulse parameters on the magnetic flux intensity,Joule heat and flow velocity of melt was studied. The results showed that when the peak current was unchanged,the affected zone under PMO increased with the pulse width increasing,while the maximum flow velocity and magnetic intensity of melt varied little with the variation of pulse width. When the pulse width was constant,the maximum constant velocity and magnetic intensity of melt were multiplied with the increasing of peak current.
