【摘要】 基于对经济全球化历史及其现状特质的把握,文章认为在关于新冠肺炎疫情冲击下经济全球化发展趋势的各种论辩与预测中,区域化相比主权化和阵营化等更具合理性。但生产区域化是更准确的提法,这是经济全球化已经凸显的趋势,这种趋势发生在数字经济全球化的背景之下,疫情冲击将加速生产区域化和数字经济全球化的发展而非诱发其产生。生产区域化和数字经济全球化的嵌合发展将成为未来经济全球化的新格局,数字鸿沟和数字机遇并存。在此过程中,全球化治理改革是确保合理的生产区域化和数字经济全球化的重要基础,它必须对全球正义运动所关注的议题、发达国家过度负债导致的全球化机制扭曲和发展中国家的发展问题等做出积极的回应。中国更应强化自主创新能力,既以数字经济发展作为推动数字经济全球化的重要力量,也以数字经济全球化提升中国在生产区域化中的竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the history of economic globalization and its characteristics, this paper holds that regionalization is more reasonable than sovereignty and camp in the debate and forecast of economic globalization under the impact of Novel Coronavirus Pandemic. But the regionalization of production is a more accurate formulation, which is a trend that has been highlighted in the economic globalization and occurs in the context of the globalization of the digital economy, and Novel Coronavirus Pandemic impact will accelerate the development of the regionalization of production and the globalization of the digital economy rather than induce it. The composition of regionalization of production and globalization of digital economy will become a new pattern of economic globalization in the future, and the digital divide and digital opportunities will coex-ist. In the process, the reform of globalization governance is an important basis for ensuring rational regionalization of production and globalization of the digital economy, and it must respond positively to the issues of concern to the Global Justice Movement, the distortions in the mechanisms of globalization caused by excessive indebtedness in developed countries and the development problems of developing countries.
