【摘要】 目的:观察自拟中药方清咽汤治疗阴虚火旺型慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:选取100例慢性咽炎(阴虚火旺型)患者,随机分为两组各50例。治疗组予清咽汤治疗,对照组予玄麦甘桔颗粒治疗,观察比较两组治疗前及治疗2周后的临床症状评分变化情况。结果:治疗2周后,两组各症状评分均较治疗前下降,但治疗组较对照组评分降低更明显,且治疗组的临床症状总评分也明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:清咽汤治疗阴虚火旺型慢性咽炎疗效确切,较采用玄麦甘桔颗粒治疗能更好地降低患者的临床症状评分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingyan decoction(self-made TCM recipe)on chronic pharyngitis of yin-deficiency and fire-hyperactivity syndrome.Methods:100 cases of selected patients with chronic pharyngitis of yin-deficiency and fire-hyperactivity syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Qingyan decoction,while the control group was treated with Xuanmai Ganjv granule.The change of clinical symptom score before treatment and after treatment for 2 weeks was observed and compared in two groups.Results:After treatment for 2 weeks,the score of each symptom in both groups was decreased compared with before treatment,but the decrease of score in treatment group was more obviously than in control group,and the total score of clinical symptom in treatment group was also significantly lower than in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.01).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Qingyan decoction on chronic pharyngitis of yin-deficiency and fire-hyperactivity syndrome is definite.Compared with Xuanmai Ganjv granule,Qingyan decoction can more significantly decrease the score of clinical symptom of patients.更多还原
