【摘要】 目的:初步评价痛风清利方(健脾益肾泄浊法)治疗高尿酸血症(痰浊内蕴型)的短期临床疗效。方法:研究共筛选到符合纳入标准的高尿酸血症患者100例,随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例),治疗组予痛风清利方治疗,对照组服用痛风定胶囊,在生活方式干预的基础上共治疗4周,停药随访4周,记录两组患者中医证候积分及血尿酸水平等指标的变化。结果:治疗组(完成42例)血尿酸控制达标率为51%,对照组(完成45例)控制达标率为32%,两组治疗后血尿酸下降比较均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组和对照组中医证候积分较治疗前差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),且治疗组证候疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);两组均具有较好的安全性,未出现严重不良事件。结论:痛风清利方(健脾补肾泄浊法)可有效降低痰浊内蕴型高尿酸血症患者血尿酸水平,同时显著改善患者中医临床证候。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe short-term clinical effect of Tongfeng Qingli recipe on hyperuricemia of turbid phlegm accumulating in interrior syndrome.Methods:100 cases of selected patients with hyperuricemia met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Tongfeng Qingli recipe,while the control group was treated with oral Tongfengding capsules.All patients were treated for 4 weeks on the basis of intervention of lifestyle,then stopped drugs and followed up for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score and serum uric acid etc.indexes of patients in two groups were recored and statistically analyzed.Results:The standard-reaching rate of controlling serum uric acid was respectively 59.5% in treatment group(42 cases completed) and 35.6% in control group(45 cases completed).After treatment,the decrease of serum uric acid in both groups was statistical significant(P﹤0.05);and compare between two groups,the difference was statistical significant(P﹤0.05).Compared with before treatment,the difference of TCM syndrome score in two groups was statistical significant(P﹤0.05);the clinical effect of TCM syndrome in treatment group was significantly better than in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Both groups had better safety,and without serious adverse events.Conclusion:Tongfeng Qingli recipe(therapy of invigorating spleen-kidney and removing turbidity)can effectively reduce the level of serum uric acid of patients with hyperuricemia of turbid phlegm accumulating in interrior syndrome,and significantly improve the clinical TCM syndrome of patients.更多还原
