【摘要】 目的:观察放射性直肠炎四种常见中医证型与肠镜象的相关性。方法:收集120例放射性直肠炎患者的症状、舌、脉等临床资料,通过聚类分析、主成分分析得出放射性直肠炎常见中医证型,并基于Spearman等级相关分析放射性直肠炎常见中医证型和肠镜象的相关性。结果:该研究收集30个症状条目,分析得出放射性直肠炎常见证型:热毒蕴肠证占65.8%;寒热错杂证占17.5%;脾虚湿滞证占10%;脾肾阳虚证占6.67%。这四类中医证型与放射性直肠炎肠镜象之间的相关性显示,热毒蕴肠型放射性直肠炎与肠镜象有相关性,镜下表现为黏膜充血、水肿有糜烂或者溃疡;寒热错杂型放射性直肠炎与肠镜象有相关性,镜下表现为渗血、易发生接触性出血,血色鲜红;脾虚湿滞型、脾肾阳虚型放射性直肠炎与肠镜象无明确对应关系。结论:热毒蕴肠型、寒热错杂型放射性直肠炎与肠镜象有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the correlativity between four common TCM syndrome types and enteroscopy image of radiation proctitis.Methods:The clinical data on syndrome,tongue and pulse etc.of 120 patients with radiation proctitis were collected.The common TCM syndrome types of radiation proctitis were obtained by cluster analysis and principal component analysis.The correlativity between common TCM syndrome types and enteroscopy image of radiation proctitis was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results:30 symptom entries were collected.The common syndrome types of radiation proctitis were obtained by analysis:the syndrome of heat-toxin stagnating in intestine accounted for 65.8%;the syndrome of cold-heat complication accounted for 17.50%;the syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation accounted for 10.00%;the syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency accounted for 6.67%.The radiation proctitis with syndrome of heat-toxin stagnating in intestine was correlated with enteroscopy image,which manifested as mucosal congestion,edema with erosion or ulcer under enteroscopy;the radiation proctitis with syndrome of cold-heat complication was correlated with enteroscopy image,which manifested as blood oozing,prone to contact bleeding,scarlet blood under enteroscopy;the radiation proctitis with syndromes of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation and spleen-kidney yang deficiency was not obviously correspondingly correlated with enteroscopy image.Conclusion:The radiation proctitis of syndrome of heat-toxin stagnating in intestine or coldheat complication was correlated with enteroscopy image.更多还原
