【摘要】 目的:观察宫清方对预防药物流产后出血的临床疗效,以及其对药物流产1周后血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平的影响。方法:将60例药物流产患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组采用宫清方治疗,对照组采用益母草颗粒治疗,观察两组患者服药后阴道流血时间及服药1周后的血清E2、P水平。结果:治疗组阴道流血时间明显短于对照组,E2、P水平明显低于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫清方能有效缩短药物流产后阴道流血时间,降低患者体内雌孕激素水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objcetive:To observe the clinical effect of Gongqing prescription on medical abortion-induced vaginal bleeding and its effect on levels of estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)in serum after one week of medical abortion.Methods:60 cases of patients with medical abortion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Gongqing prescription,while the control group was treated with herba leonuri granules.The vaginal bleeding time after taking medicine and the levels of E2 and P in serum after one week of taking medicine were observed in patients of two groups.Results:The vaginal bleeding time of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of control group.The levels of E2 and P of treatment group was obviously lower than those of control group.The difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion:Gongqing prescription can effectively shorten the time of medical abortion-induced vaginal bleeding,and lower the levels of estrogenic-and progesterone-hormone in patients,which can enhance the success rate of abortion.更多还原
