橡胶沥青混合料性能与工程应用研究

【摘要】 采用马歇尔设计方法制备了ARAC-13级配上线、级配中线、级配下线三组橡胶沥青混合料,并对这三组橡胶沥青混合料开展了室内马歇尔、高温稳定性、水稳定性等路用性能研究。研究结果表明,三组橡胶沥青混合料的体积指标、高温稳定性能、水稳定性能均符合要求。结合实际工程应用,对试验段混合料进行了检验,试验段橡胶沥青混合料矿料级配、渗水系数等指标均符合设计要求。

【Abstract】 Three groups of rubber asphalt mixtures,ARAC-13 grading upper line,grading middle line and grading lower line,were prepared by Marshall design method.Indoor Marshall,high temperature stability,water stability and other road performance studies were carried out for these three groups of rubber asphalt mixtures;the results showed that the volume index,high temperature stability and water stability of the three groups of rubber asphalt mixtures were consistent with each other requirements.Combined with the actual engineering application,the mixture in the test section was inspected,and the mineral aggregate grading,water permeability coefficient and other indicators of rubber asphalt mixture in the test section met the design requirements.
