泡沫温拌—橡胶沥青混合料路用性能试验研究

【摘要】 温拌技术可以降低橡胶沥青混合料在生产过程中的温度,有效解决橡胶沥青施工难、有害气体排放多等问题,同时发挥橡胶沥青混合料良好的路用性能。本文针对泡沫温拌—橡胶沥青技术,采用多种试验对泡沫温拌—橡胶沥青混合料的路用性能进行评价。采用车辙试验评价混合料的高温性能;采用浸水马歇尔试验和AASHTO T283试验评价混合料的水稳定性;采用低温弯曲梁试验评价混合料的低温性能。基于上述试验,泡沫温拌—橡胶沥青混合料表现出较好的高、低温特性以及水稳定性。

【Abstract】 The warm mixing technology can reduce the temperature of the rubber asphalt mixture in the production process,effectively solve the problems of difficult construction of rubber asphalt and harmful gas emissions,and at the same time exert good road performance of rubber asphalt mixture.In this paper,for the foam mix-rubber asphalt technology,the road performance of the foam warm mix asphalt mixture was evaluated by various tests.The rutting test was performed to evaluate high temperature performance of the mixture.Water immersion Marshall test and AASHTO T283 test were used to evaluate the water stability of the mixture.Low temperature bending beam test was used to evaluate the low temperature performance of the mixture.Based on the above test,foam warm mix-rubber asphalt mixture showed good high and low temperature characteristics and water stability.
