【摘要】 目的:观察胃溃疡大鼠胃组织和足三里穴区组织三磷酸腺苷(ATP)及其代谢产物二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、一磷酸腺苷(AMP)等能量代谢物质含量,探讨穴位敏化的表现形式及物质基础。方法:健康雄性SD大鼠32只,随机分为正常对照组(正常组)和胃溃疡模型组(模型组),每组16只;采用吲哚美辛腹腔注射法制作胃溃疡大鼠模型、GUTH′S法计算溃疡指数(UI)、酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定胃组织和足三里穴区组织中ATP、ADP和AMP浓度。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠胃黏膜可见明显溃疡灶,UI显著升高(P<0.01);胃组织ATP、ADP含量显著降低(P<0.001,P<0.05),AMP含量显著升高(P<0.001);足三里穴区组织ATP、ADP含量显著降低(P<0.001,P<0.01),AMP含量显著升高(P<0.01);胃组织和足三里穴区组织能量负荷均显著降低(P<0.001,P<0.01)。结论:胃溃疡损伤可引起大鼠胃组织及足三里穴区组织中能量代谢物质含量发生明显变化,能量负荷降低,提示疾病状态下,相关穴位局部的能量代谢物质变化可能是穴位敏化的表现形式和物质基础之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the concentrations of ATP,ADP and AMP in gastric tissue and Zusanli(ST36)tissue of rats with gastric ulcer,and to explore the forms and material basis of acupoint sensitization. Methods:32 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups of 16 each:normal control group(normal group)and gastric ulcer model group(model group). The gastric ulcer model was induced by NSAIDS,the ulcer index(UI)was calculated by Guth′s method,and the concentrations of ATP,ADP and AMP in gastric tissue and Zusanli(ST36)tissue were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results:Compared with the normal group,the following changes were observed in rats of the model group. The gastric mucosa was obviously ulcerated,the UI was significantly increased(P<0.01). The concentrations of ATP and ADP in gastric tissue were significantly decreased(P<0.001,P<0.05),the AMP was significantly increased(P<0.001). The concentrations of ATP and ADP of Zusanli(ST36)tissue were significantly decreased(P<0.001,P<0.01),the AMP was significantly increased(P<0.01). The energy charge in gastric tissue and Zusanli(ST36)tissue were significantly decreased(P<0.001,P<0.01). Conclusion:Gastric ulcer can cause significant changes in the concentrations of energy metabolic substances in gastric tissue and Zusanli(ST36)tissue of rats,and reduce the energy charge of tissues. It is suggested that the change of energy metabolic substances in the acupoints may be one of the forms and material basis of acupoint sensitization.更多还原
