无机防渗碳自剥落涂料的制备与应用
Preparation and Application of Inorganic Anti-Carburizing Self-peeling Coatings
【摘要】 通过分析现有防渗碳涂料存在的自剥落性差和防渗碳效果不佳等问题,采用水玻璃、玻璃粉、二氧化硅、氧化铝等原料制备出一种新型无机防渗碳涂料,并将该涂料涂于基材18CrMoNi钢表面进行渗碳热处理。结果表明:涂料粘结性好,干燥后形成的涂层致密光滑,同时具有良好的防渗碳效果,淬火自动剥落,具备优良的自剥落性。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the problems and defects of existing anti-carburizing coatings,such as poor self-peeling property and poor anti-carburizing effect. A new inorganic anti-carburizing coating was developed by using sodium silicate,glass powder, silica,alumina and other raw materials,and the coating was applied to the surface of 18CrMoNi steel for carburizing heat treatment. The results show that the coating is smooth after drying on the surface of the substrate,and has good anti-carburizing effect and good self-peeling effect,which can peel off automatically after quench.
