明挖法隧道全包防水与接缝防水设计优化
Design Optimization of Membrane Waterproofing and Joint Waterproofing of Cut and Cover Tunnel
【摘要】 针对明挖法隧道存在的防水问题,提出全包防水与接缝防水设计优化措施。其中,全包防水层主要采取加强层与大面积卷材复合处理、侧墙预铺防水卷材与顶板防水层搭接、预铺防水卷材遇桩头时改良构造等优化措施,纵向水平施工缝采取自粘丁基橡胶止水带代替钢板止水带的优化措施,变形缝止水带与纵向水平施工缝止水带应形成有效搭接。
【Abstract】 This paper supplies measures of design optimization to the problems of membrane waterproofing and joint waterproofing for cut and cover tunnels. It includes the composite way to the waterproofing membrane and reinforced membrane,overlap to the pre-applied waterproofing sheets of the side wall and the waterproofing membrane of the top slab,the pre-applied waterproofing sheets constructed around the pile. The steel waterstop replaced by the self-adhering butyl-rubber covered steel sheet waterstop to the horizontal construction joint. The deformation joint waterstop should be effectively overlapped with horizontal construction joint waterstop.
