450℃下热镀锌工艺对高强TWIP钢耐蚀性的影响
Influence of Hot Dip Galvanizing Process on Corrosion Resistance of High Strength TWIP Steel at 450 ℃
【摘要】 对孪晶诱导塑性(TWIP)钢在纯Zn浴和Zn-Al浴中450℃热镀锌后的耐蚀性进行研究,分析热镀时间对镀层厚度的影响.利用金相显微镜、X线衍射(XRD)分别测试试样表层的显微组织和金属间化合物,并通过热浸时间和镀锌层厚度的拟合曲线研究Fe-Zn镀层的生长动力学.结果表明,镀锌层在基体上形成ζ(FeZn13),δ(FeZn7-10),Г1(Fe11Zn39)和Г(Fe3Zn10)4种物相.加入Al元素后可生成FeAl3抑制层,且FeAl3质量分数在10.43%~19.32%时起扩散阻挡作用,延缓ζ相的生长并抑制δ相在TWIP钢上的形成;极化曲线结果表明,浸Zn-Al浴300 s的试样具有最佳耐蚀性.
【Abstract】 The corrosion resistance of twinning induced plasticity(TWIP) steel after hot dip galvanizing in pure Zn bath and Zn-Al bath at 450 ℃ was studied,and the influence of hot dip time on coating thickness was analyzed.The microstructure and intermetallic compounds on the surface of samples were tested by metallographic microscope and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The growth kinetics of Fe-Zn coating was studied by fitting curves of hot dip time and zinc coating thickness.The results showed that four layers of ζ(FeZn13),δ(FeZn7-10),Г1(Fe11Zn39),Г(Fe3Zn10) are formed on the substrate.The FeAl3 inhibition layer can be formed after adding Al element,and the mass fraction of FeAl3 plays a role of diffusion barrier in 10.43%~19.32%,retards the growth of ζ phase and inhibits the formation of δ phase on TWIP steel.The polarization curve results show that the sample immersed in Zn-Al bath for 300 s has the best corrosion resistance.
