不同原料对蜈蚣纱面料性能的影响

【摘要】 蜈蚣纱是花式纱线的一种,蜈蚣纱面料具有光泽好、保暖性强、手感柔软、布面丰满且不易掉毛等优点,但饰线之间的摩擦导致蜈蚣纱面料存在严重的静电问题。研究了5种不同原料的蜈蚣纱面料的抗静电性能、抗起毛起球性能,以及饰线的抗倒伏性能。结果表明:纯涤纶和纯锦纶蜈蚣纱面料的抗静电性能较差,其抗起球性和饰线抗倒伏性能较好;含有黏胶和石墨烯锦纶的蜈蚣纱面料的抗静电性能较好,但抗起球性和饰线抗倒伏性能较差。

【Abstract】 Centipede yarn is a kind of fancy yarn. Centipede fabrics have the advantages of gloss,warmth,softness,fullness and not easy to shed,but the friction between the threads causes electrostatic problems of centipede yarn fabric. The antistatic properties,fluffing and pilling properties,fluffing and pilling properties fabrics of five different raw materials centipede yarn are studied. The results show that the antistatic properties of pure polyester and pure nylon centipede fabrics among the five types of rayon fabrics are poor,but their anti-pilling and trimming resistance are good. The centipede fabric containing viscose and graphene nylon has better antistatic performance,while its anti-pilling and trimming ability is poor.
