气溶胶流量对空气过滤材料过滤效率和呼吸阻力的影响

【摘要】 改变过滤性能测试中氯化钠(NaCl)气溶胶的流量,研究其对针刺、熔喷和静电纺3种常用非织造空气过滤材料过滤效率和呼吸阻力的影响。结果表明:各试样的过滤效率随气溶胶流量的增大而呈现不同程度的减小,其中针刺静电棉试样的过滤效率下降明显,呼吸阻力随气溶胶流量的增加呈线性增长趋势;各试样拟合方程的校正相关系数平方R~2均大于0.95,可用于估算不同气溶胶流量条件下试样的呼吸阻力,其中熔喷试样和静电纺试样的呼吸阻力随气溶胶流量的增加而明显上升;气溶胶流量变化对普通针刺试样的过滤效率和呼吸阻力影响较小。

【Abstract】 By changing the flow rate of sodium chloride aerosol in filtration performance test,the effect of sodium chloride( NaCl)aerosol flow rate on the filtration efficiency and respiratory resistance of three common non-woven air filtration materials,including needle punching,melt-blown and electrospinning,is studied. The results show that the filtration efficiency of each sample decreases with the increase of aerosol flow rate,and the filtration efficiency of needle-punched electrostatic cotton samples decreases obviously. Respiratory resistance increases linearly with the increase of aerosol flow rate,the R~2 of fitting equation of each sample is greater than 0.95,which could be used to estimate the respiratory resistance of samples under different aerosol flow rates. Respiratory resistance of melt-blown samples and electrospinning sample increase rapidly. The change of aerosol flow rate has little effect on the filtration efficiency and respiratory resistance of needle-punched sample.
