【摘要】 目的:基于数学属性偏序理论揭示李坤寅教授治疗子宫腺肌病的用药规律。方法:收集李坤寅教授门诊治疗子宫腺肌病的病案,以病案为对象,药物为属性,生成药物属性偏序结构图,分析李坤寅教授治疗子宫腺肌病的用药经验。结果:李坤寅教授认为子宫腺肌病的病机为肾虚血瘀,临证注重从肾、从瘀论治。经后期用药以补肾益精、健脾养肝为法,经前2～3日至月经期用药以行气活血、化瘀止痛或补肾固冲、化瘀止血为法,经间期、经前期用药以理气化痰、养心安神或补肾养心兼清虚热为法。结论:基于数学属性偏序理论的知识发现方法能有效发现李坤寅教授辨治子宫腺肌病的用药规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discover the medication regularity of Professor LI Kunyin in treating adenomyosis based on partial-ordered attribute theory. Methods:The medical records of outpatients with adenomyosis treated by Professor LI Kunyin were collected as the data source for the study. With the medical records as the objects,the medicines as the attribute,the structural partial-ordered attribute diagram of the medicines were generated for analyzing the medication experience of Professor LI Kunyin in treating adenomyosis. Results:Professor LI Kunyin believes that the pathogenesis of adenomyosis is kidney deficiency and blood stasis,so in treating the disease,he pays attention to the kidney and blood stasis. During the post menstrual period,medicines for tonifying kidney and benefiting essence,strengthening spleen and nourishing liver were used. From the 2 or 3 days before the menstrual period to the menstrual period,medicines for promoting qi and blood circulation,resolving blood stasis and relieving pain,or for tonifying kidney and strengthening thoroughfare,resolving blood stasis and stopping bleeding were used. During the intermenstrual period and premenstrual period,medicines for regulating qi and resolving phlegm,nourishing heart and calming mind,or for tonifying kidney,nourishing heart and clearing deficiency heat were used. Conclusion:The knowledge discovery method based on partial-ordered attribute theory can effectively discover the medication regularity of Professor LI Kunyin in treating adenomyosis.更多还原
