【摘要】 结合《温病条辨》中的相关内容,从诊法合参、动态诊察、辨脉主病三方面来阐述疾病诊断所蕴含的复杂性辨证论治思维中的变法思维、动态思维、整体思维。吴鞠通在辨证识机诊断疾病时,常诊法合参,并以脉诊为要,是整体思维和变法思维运用于临床诊断的具体体现;善于动态观察舌苔、舌质、脉象的变化,以辨别疾病的病位、掌握疾病的传变、把握病势的进退、判断病情的轻重预后等,体现了辨证的动态思维特点;有关脉诊内容的论述常示人临证诊脉常变之理。复杂性辨证论治思维贯穿于《温病条辨》治疗中,吴鞠通从整体观念出发,通过观察分析疾病的外在征象,借以辨识病证;同时,既重视诊法参用,又以脉诊为要,诊断病证注重规范性和灵活性的统一,通常而达变,体现了诊断的整体思维和变法思维特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combined with the relevant contents in Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases,this paper expounds the reform thinking,dynamic thinking and holistic thinking of the complexity thinking of syndrome differentiation in disease diagnosis from three aspects,namely,diagnostic combination,dynamic diagnosis and pulse differentiation. In WU Jutong’s diagnosis of diseases,diagnostic methods are combined with each other,and pulse diagnosis is the main part. It is the concrete manifestation of the application of holistic thinking and reform thinking in clinical diagnosis. He is good at dynamic observation of the tongue coating,tongue texture,pulse changes,to identify the location of the disease,grasp the disease transmutation,grasp the advance and retreat of the disease,judge the severity of the disease prognosis,reflect the characteristics of dynamic thinking. The discussion on pulse diagnosis often shows the characteristics of the constancy and change of pulse in clinical diagnosis. The thought of complex syndrome differentiation for treatment runs through the treatment of Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases. WU Jutong identified the disease by observing and analyzing the external signs of the disease from a holistic perspective.
