【摘要】 中药多糖是由多个单糖组成的一种天然高分子化合物,在各种中药中广泛存在,大量的药理实验研究发现中药多糖,具有抗肿瘤、调节免疫、调节肠道菌群生物活性广泛,双向调节、毒性反应及副作用小的特点。化疗药物在临床应用中有着确切的疗效,但其引起的毒性反应及副作用不容忽视。概述在近几年抗肿瘤研究中,化疗药物对消化系统、免疫系统、外周神经的损害作用,中药多糖联合化疗药物使用,能够通过保护脏器、调节免疫系统、抑制肿瘤血管生成而发挥增效减毒作用。参考文献52篇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese medicine polysaccharide is a kind of natural macromolecular compound composed of multiple monosaccharides,which is widely found in various Chinese medicine. Through a large number of pharmacological experiments,Chinese medicine polysaccharide has been found to has the characteristics of anti-tumor,immune regulation and regulation of intestinal flora,wide biological activities,two-way regulation,and few toxic reaction and side effect. Chemotherapy drugs have definite curative effect in clinical application,but the toxic reaction and side effect caused by the drugs cannot be ignored. It has been found in the anti-tumor research of recent years that chemotherapeutic drugs have detrimental effects on the digestive system,the immune system,and the peripheral nerves. Chinese medicine polysaccharides combined with chemotherapy drugs have the synergism and attenuation functions through protecting organs,regulating the immune system,and inhibiting tumor angiogenesis.The article has 52 references.更多还原
