【摘要】 有效地保护和利用工业遗址是城市化过程中所面临的一项重要课题,这也是社会经济文化快速发展的首都北京城市化过程中需要解决的课题.本文通过文献分析和路线调查等方法,探讨北京市工业遗址的分布特点和保存程度.早期生产型工业集中于京郊西南部而城区分布较少,三环路以内工业遗址大多为点状布局,利用功能发生明显改变,大多以文化创意和房地产开发为主.中心城区以外包括东郊工业区、东北郊工业区、东南郊工业区和西郊工业区等,其中以东北郊工业区和西郊工业区保存较为完好.北京工业遗址面临向建设用地的转变、开发模式单一、工业文化脉络留存不足等现实问题.建议重视工业遗址的保护,充分发挥遗址的教育功能,强化遗址的公园化改建,为市民提供健身休闲的空间和注重工业建筑的可持续使用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Effectively protecting and utilizing industrial sites are an important issue in the process of urbanization, especially in Beijing, with its rapid social and cultural development. By means of literature analysis and route investigation, this paper analyses the distribution characteristics and preservation of industrial sites in Beijing. The early productive industries are concentrated in the southwestern suburbs of Beijing while the urban areas are less distributed. Most industrial sites within the Third Ring Road are dotted, and their utilization has been apparently changed, most of them were used for culture creation and real estate. The outskirts of the central city include the eastern suburbs, the northeastern suburbs, the southeastern suburbs and the western suburbs. The northeastern and western suburbs are preserved in better condition. The industrial sites in Beijing are facing many practical problems, such as the transformation to construction land, the single development mode and the insufficient preservation of industrial culture. It is suggested that attention should be paid to the protection of industrial sites, giving full play to the educational function of the sites, strengthening the park transformation of the sites, providing the citizens with space for fitness and leisure, and emphasizing the transformation of industrial building.更多还原
