生物超微弱发光与生物体内活性氧含量的相关性及应用

【摘要】 生物超微弱发光技术在许多领域得到广泛应用,但是其发光机制尚未得到明确解析。研究表明,生物超微弱发光与生物体内活性氧含量及其能量代谢有关。本研究对生物超微弱发光与生物体内活性氧含量的相关性及应用作一综述,主要包括生物体内的活性氧、生物超微弱发光与机体内活性氧含量及能量代谢的联系和生物超微弱发光技术的应用三个部分。总之,生物超微弱发光技术作为一种非破坏性、非侵入性、无标签、相对具有成本效益的新兴技术备受人们关注,体现出了该技术在各个领域应用方面的巨大潜力。

【Abstract】 Ultra-weak bioluminescence technology has been widely used in many fields, but the mechanism of ultra-weak bioluminescence has not been clearly analyzed. Studies show that ultra-weak bioluminescence is related to the content of reactive oxygen species in organisms and their energy metabolism. Therefore,we review the correlation and application of ultra-weak bioluminescence with the content of active oxygen in organisms, including the relationship between ultra-weak bioluminescence and the content of reactive oxygen species and energy metabolism, the application of ultra-weak bioluminescence technology. As a new non-destructive, non-invasive, untagged and relatively cost-effective technology, ultra-weak bioluminescence technology has attracted more and more attention. It shows that this technology with great potential in many fields.
