【Abstract】 There is no definite definition of business ethics so far. The main difference lies in the cognition of the subject of the concept of business ethics. Based on a large number of materials and related research, this paper redefines the concept of business ethics, and explains the meaning of business ethics from two aspects: the characteristics of business ethics and the norms of business ethics.
