普鲁兰糖生物合成和分子量调控机制的研究进展
Advance on Biosynthesis and Molecular Weight Regulation of Pullulan
【摘要】 普鲁兰糖是由出芽短梗霉产生的一种胞外多糖,在食品、药物、化妆品等领域有广泛应用,但其具体的分子合成机制和分子量调控机制尚不明确。本文回顾了近年普鲁兰糖生物合成途径及分子量调控机制研究,并绘制了可能的普鲁兰糖合成途径,总结了影响普鲁兰糖产量和分子量的因素。
【Abstract】 Pullulan is an extracellular polysaccharide produced by Aureobasidium pullulans, which is widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics and other fields. However, the specific biosynthetic pathway and molecular weight regulation mechanism of pullulan are still unclear. Recent research on those topics are reviewed, and a proposal biosynthetic pathway of pullulan is concluded. And the factors that in?uence yield and molecular weight of pullulan are also summarized in this paper.
