草街电站尾水渠扩挖工程影响数值分析

【摘要】 嘉陵江草街电站尾水渠河床淤塞,导致电站运行尾水位高于设计尾水位,水轮机净水头降低,影响发电效益。为提高发电效益,计划对电站尾水渠进行扩挖整治,并采用数值分析方法评价了尾水渠扩挖效果。结果表明,尾水渠扩挖后,电站尾水位出现不同幅度降落,最优开挖河床高程在174.0~173.5m范围;开挖后尾水渠流速分布更加平稳,尾水渠扩挖不会恶化船闸下游的通航水流条件,开挖后增加发电效益显著;通过方案比选,提出最优开挖方案为开挖高程173.5m、开挖坡度0.39‰。

【Abstract】 Because the tailrace of Caojie power station at the Jialing River is silted up,the actual tail water level of power station is higher than the design value,and the net water head is reduced,which affects the benefit of power generation.In order to improve the generation efficiency,the tailrace of the power station is going to be dredged.So,the dredging effect is evaluated by numerical analysis method.The results show that the tail water level after dredging will be lower than before.The best bed elevation after dredging is 174.0~173.5 m.The velocity distribution in the tailrace will be more stable.The navigation conditions of the downstream of ship lock will not be worsened and the benefit of power generation will be increased significantly after dredging.Finally,the best dredging plan is proposed with scheme comparison,which is dredging the bed to 173.5 m with slope ratio 0.39‰.
