自适应复杂配电线路的就地型馈线自动化策略
Local Feeder Automation Strategy for Adaptive Complex Distribution Lines
【摘要】 就地型馈线自动化利用重合器和分段开关之间的动作配合,不依赖与主站通信,实现配电线路故障的就地定位和隔离。当前就地型馈线自动化存在需两次重合闸操作、分段开关延时合闸参数不能自适应运行方式及网架结构调整等问题。鉴此,提出了一种基于断路器的自适应就地型馈线自动化模式,结合小电流接地故障暂态选线技术,提出"一个级差、一个时限、一次重合闸"的自适应动作策略。最后,利用RTDS仿真验证了所提策略的有效性,并分析了该模式在实际配电线路中的应用成效。
【Abstract】 Local feeder automation makes use of the logical cooperation between the recloser and the sectional switch,and does not rely on the communication with the main station,so as to realize the localization and isolation of distribution line faults.The current local feeder automation usually requires two overlapping operations,and the delay closing parameters of the segmented switch cannot be adjusted in adaptive operation mode and network structure.Therefore,an adaptive local feeder automation mode is proposed based on circuit breaker.Combined the technology of the small current grounding fault transient line selection,an adaptive operation strategy of " one stage difference,one time limit and one reclosure" is proposed.Finally,RTDS simulation is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy,and the application effect of this mode in actual distribution lines is analyzed.
