玉米高赖氨酸和糯性基因聚合材料主要农艺性状配合力分析

【摘要】 为研究玉米高赖氨酸和糯性基因聚合材料主要农艺性状的配合力效应,以9个玉米骨干自交系为母本,9个玉米基因聚合材料及其6个亲本为父本,按9×15不完全双列杂交模式配制杂交组合并进行田间鉴定,对产量等农艺性状进行配合力分析。结果表明:小区产量、千粒重、穗长、穗行数、秃尖、株高和穗位高性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力均呈显著差异,且一般配合力方差均大于特殊配合力方差,一般配合力方差占基因型方差的比例大小是穗上叶片数>穗行数>穗粗>穗位高>株高>千粒重>小区产量>出籽率>穗长>秃尖;综合各性状表现,三基因聚合材料QCL8002-11(o2o16wx)、两基因聚合材料QCL8003-2(o2o16)和QCL8009-5(o16wx)具有较好的利用潜力,组合掖478×QCL8002-11产量杂种优势潜势较强。研究结果为玉米优质基因聚合材料的有效利用和改良提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to study the combining ability of main agronomic characters for ofpyramiding high-lysine and waxy gene in maize, 9 main inbred lines were used as maternal parents, 9 materials of of maize gene aggregate and 6 parents were used as male parentspyramiding high lysine and waxy gene and its parents.9 main inbred lines were used as maternals. The hybrid combinations were performed and field identification was conducted, then the combining ability analysis of yield and other agronomic traits was conducted according to the 9×15 incomplete diallel crossing model. The results showed that there were significant differences in general combining ability and special combining ability of plot yield, 1000-grain weight, ear length, the number of ear row numbers, bald tip, plant height and ear height, and the variance of general combining ability was greater than that of special combining ability. The ratio of variance of general combining ability variance to genotypegenetic variance was the number of leaves on ear > number of ear rows number> ear diameter > ear height > plant height > 1000-grain weight > plot yield > seed yield >ear length > barren tip. Based on the comprehensive performance of eachall traits, the three-gene polymer material, QCL8002-11(o2 o16 wx), the two-gene polymer material, QCL8003-2(o2 o16) and QCL8009-5(o16 wx) had goodbetter utilization potential, and the combination of Ye478×QCL8002-11 hasd a strong potential for heterosis. The results can provide a reference for the efficient utilization and improvement for pyramiding high-lysine and waxy gene in maize.
