【摘要】 近年来,随着种植棉花的收益降低,农民种植棉花意愿降低,棉花种植面积和产量逐年减低,山东棉花种植业出现严重衰退。同时山东纺织业棉花消费量维持高位,棉花供需存在缺口,需要从外省和国际市场大量采购。中美贸易摩擦的加剧和新冠肺炎的流行等事件,使贸易环境恶化,棉花供应市场和供应渠道出现不确定性。本文讨论了贸易环境恶化条件下,恢复和发展山东棉花种植业的战略意义,并提出实现路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with decrease of income from cotton planting,the willingness of farmers to plant cotton is reduced,and planting area and yield of cotton are decreasing year by year. At the same time,the cotton consumption of textile industry in Shandong province maintains a high level,and there is a gap between supply and demand of cotton,which requires a large number of procurement from other provinces and international markets. The trade environment becomes worse because of China-USA’s trade friction,novel corona-virus pneumonia and other international events,so the supply of cotton market and supply channels is full of uncertainty. This paper discusses the strategic significance of recovering and developing cotton planting industry in Shandong province under deteriorating trade environment,and puts forward realization path.更多还原
