基于HyperWorks的汽车半轴有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Vehicle Semi-axle Based on HyperWorks
【摘要】 以轻型商用车半轴为研究对象,分别计算了最大纵向力、最大侧滑力、最大垂向力三种工况下的外在载荷;然后在HyperWorks软件中建立半轴模型、划分网格;最后对不同工况下汽车半轴进行静力分析,得到相应工况下半轴的应力和位移分布。结果表明,在最大纵向力工况下,汽车半轴的应力和位移最大,最大应力为372.3 MPa,最大位移为4.38 mm,半轴转角每米长度0.36°,均符合半轴设计要求。结果能为半轴的设计和制造提供参考,从而保证产品设计的合理化。
【Abstract】 Taking the semi-axle of light commercial vehicle as the research object, the external loads under the three conditions of maximum longitudinal force, maximum side slip force and maximum vertical force are calculated respectively; then the semi-axle model is established in the HyperWorks software and the mesh is divided; Finally, static analysis is performed on the vehicle semiaxle under different working conditions, and the stress and displacement distribution of the semi-axle under corresponding working conditions are obtained. The results show that under the condition of maximum longitudinal force, the stress and displacement of the vehicle semi-axle are the largest, the maximum stress is 372.3 MPa, the maximum displacement is 4.38 mm, and the shaft angle of semi-axle is 0.36° per meter, which meets the design requirements of the semi-axle. The result can provide a reference for the design and manufacture of the semi-axle, thereby ensuring the rationalization of product design.
