轨道吸污动力车结构静强度分析

【摘要】 轨道吸污车是用于吸取轨道中砂子、小石子和煤块(粉)的车辆,动力车是吸污车中关键的一节车辆。动力车的车架是主要承载件,车架、车身需有可靠的强度和刚度才能保证吸污车的安全运行。根据铁路车辆的设计规范和标准,采用有限元方法、三维CAD软件和ANSYS Workbench软件对动力车进行三维建模以及强度/刚度计算。通过计算结果和试验数据的对比,车体的静强度和刚度均满足设计要求,对于同一测试点其仿真分析的应力值与试验得到的应力值误差均在可允许范围以内,结果一致性较好,可为同类车辆车架零缺陷设计、绿色设计提供参考。

【Abstract】 Track suction truck is used to absorb sand, small stones and coal (powder) in the track. Power truck is a key vehicle in the suction truck. The frame of power truck is the main load-bearing part. The truck frame and body need reliable strength and stiffness to ensure the safe operation of the suction truck. According to the design specifications and standards of railway vehicles, this paper uses the finite element method, three-dimensional CAD software and ANSYS Workbench software to carry out three-dimensional modeling and strength/stiffness calculation of power vehicles. By comparing the calculated results with the test data, the static strength and stiffness of the car body meet the design requirements. For the same test point, the errors between the simulated stress value and the test stress value are within the allowable range, and the results are in good agreement. It can provide useful reference for zero defect design and green design of similar vehicle frame.
