单筒充气式磁流变液减振器设计与仿真分析

【摘要】 磁流变液的力学特性是其重要的应用基础。基于其剪切与流动的力学特性,设计了一种单筒充气式磁流变液减振器,给出了减振器详细的设计参数,分析了该减振器的阻尼力计算方程,用三维软件SolidWorks绘制出减振器的三维结构图。最后,基于MATLAB/Simulink搭建了该减振器的阻尼力仿真模型。仿真结果证明,设计的单筒充气式磁流变液减振器具有可行性。

【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of magnetorheological fluid are the important application foundation. Based on the mechanical characteristics of shear and flow, a single-cylinder inflatable magnetorheological fluid damper is designed. Detailed design parameters of the damper are given, the calculation equation of damping force of the damper is analyzed, and three-dimensional software SolidWorks is used to draw the damper. Finally, based on MATLAB/Simulink, the damp force simulation model of the damper is built. The simulation results show that the single-cylinder inflatable MRF damper designed in this paper is feasible.
