结构参数对硫酸铜结晶搅拌器的影响
Influence of Structural Parameters on Copper Sulfate Crystallization Agitator
【摘要】 硫酸铜搅拌结晶过程中,搅拌器是主要部件,其结构参数不同,搅拌作用不同,搅拌槽内流体流动速度也就不同。通过研究搅拌硫酸铜晶体过程中搅拌效果差、冷却速度慢、下叶片应力过大的问题。设计搅拌器的结构参数,基于均匀设计原理确定结构参数组合仿真实验方案,分析不同结构参数组合对槽内液体速度分布和固体颗粒浓度分布的影响规律,探究结构参数对搅拌混合过程的影响。
【Abstract】 Agitator is the main component in the process of copper sulfate crystal stirring. Different structural parameters and stirring effect will lead to different fluid flow velocity in the stirring tank. The problems of poor stirring effect, slow cooling speed and excessive stress on the lower blade in the process of stirring copper sulfate crystals are studied. The structural parameters of the stirrer are designed, and the simulation experiment scheme of structural parameter combination is determined based on the uniform design principle. The influence law of different structural parameter combinations on the liquid velocity distribution and solid particle concentration distribution in the tank is analyzed, and the influence of structural parameters on the stirring and mixing process is explored.
