电控喷油器流量调节一致性的试验研究

【摘要】 电控喷油器内部弹簧的预压缩量直接影响喷油器的流量大小,传统生产上采用人工装配方式对弹簧预压缩量进行装配调节,导致电控喷油器流量一致性差,因此设计了基于流量检测反馈调节的电控喷油器装配装置,并对喷油器样品进行试验。试验结果表明:对比原装配工艺,新工艺下喷油器装配合格率提高至60%左右,且同批次喷油器流量一致性偏差降低至10%以下,解决了喷油器流量一致性低的问题。

【Abstract】 The pre-compression of the spring inside the fuel injector directly affects the flow rate of fuel injector.Poor flow consistency of injector is attributed to the traditional manual assembly and adjustment of the pre-compression.Therefore,the assembly device is designed based on flow detection feedback adjustment.The result of the testament for injector samples shows that the assembly pass rate of injector under the new process is increased to about 60%,and the flow consistency deviation of injector in the same batch is reduced to less than 10%,which solves the problem of low flow consistency of injector.
