通电导线缝缩的影响因素研究
Study on the Influence Factors of Sewing Shrinkage of Electrified Conductor Wire
【摘要】 文章为研究通电导线缝缩的影响因素,设计实验对通电导线与普通缝纫线的缝缩进行对比,发现通电导线的缝缩45°斜向最大,缝纫线条数与缝缩呈正相关,为通电导线的应用提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to study on the influence factors of sewing shrinkage of electrified conductor wire,this paper designed experiments to compare the sewing shrinkage of electrified conductor wire and ordinary sewing thread.It found that the maximum sewing shrinkage of electrified conductor wire was at 45°sewing angle,the number of sewing threads was positively correlated with sewing shrinkage.It provided references for the applications of electrified conductor wire.
