【摘要】 上海作为国际文化大都市正在提升综合竞争力,与其他全球城市相比,上海还存在许多差距,需要重视文化的软件和城市竞争的软实力。认识到城市的发展与文化艺术密切相关,认识到城市更新与文化发展的关系,上海市规划和自然资源局以及上海市文化和旅游局自2015年起共同举办每两年一届的上海城市空间艺术季。至今已举办三届以滨水开放空间更新为主题的城市空间艺术季,成为了以城市、建筑、公共艺术为主题的上海市公共艺术双年展,超越了传统的展览,超越了建筑、空间和艺术,预示着作为国际文化大都市的文化策略正在走向总体艺术。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an international cultural metropolitan,Shanghai is striving to enhance its comprehensive competitiveness.Compared with other global cities,Shanghai still has gaps to cover.It should pay more attention to cultural soft power required by urban competitiveness.Recognizing that urban development is closely related to culture,and urban regeneration is deeply influenced by culture and art,since 2015,Shanghai Urban Planning and Natural Resource Bureau and Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism have co-organized the biennial Shanghai Urban Space Art Season(SUSAS),a biennial event for the city,architecture and public art.So far,these has been three seasons which mainly concentrated on the theme of waterfront open space regeneration.Beyond conventional exhibition,and beyond architecture,space and art,it reveals a tendency towards the Total Art as a cultural strategy of international cultural metropolitan.更多还原
