小卫星用微型天线伸缩装置研制

【摘要】 提出一种自动可伸缩机械传动装置。小卫星等飞行器在空间执行飞行任务时,需及时准确地将其天线伸出至指定位置并收回,根据空间环境特点要求伸缩装置轻质、高抗磁性、高强度、高可靠性等。该微型自动伸缩装置采用双螺旋伸缩机构实现大行程伸缩与回收,尽可能减小装置的整体尺寸以减小装置的质量。基于太空中的复杂环境,采用有限元法选用该装置材料并进行结构优化。

【Abstract】 An automatic retractable mechanical transmission device is proposed. According to the mission arrangement, the aircraft such as small satellites need to extend their antennas to the designated position and retract in time and accurately. According to the characteristics of the space environment, the telescopic device is required to be lightweight, highly diamagnetic, high-strength and high-reliability. The micro-automatic telescopic device adopts a double-coil telescopic mechanism to realize large-stroke stretching and recovery, and reduces the overall size of the device as much as possible to reduce the quality of the device. And based on the complex environment in space, after the finite element analysis, the material shape and structural shape of the device are adjusted.
