【摘要】 目的了解急性期治疗后有残留症状的抑郁症患者残留症状对社会功能康复的影响。方法本研究为多中心、横断面研究,以本次抑郁发作经抗抑郁药连续治疗8～12周后仍有残留症状的门诊抑郁症患者为研究对象。应用抑郁症状快速评估量表(QIDS-SR16)评价患者抑郁症状严重程度;席汉残疾量表(SDS)评价患者社会功能损害情况。结果共纳入733例患者,Logistic回归分析结果显示兴趣减退、感觉沮丧、反应迟钝、坐立不安和食欲降低是社会功能损伤的独立危险因素(P <0.05)。结论部分残留症状是急性期治疗后有残留症状的抑郁症患者社会功能受损的影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of residual symptoms on social function recovery in depressive patients with residual symptoms after acute stage treatment. Methods A multicenter,cross-sectional study was conducted in patients with depression who had residual symptoms after 8 ～12 weeks of continuous treatment with antidepressants. Brief 16-Item Quick Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology Self-Report( QIDS-SR16) and Sheehan Disability Scale( SDS) were used to assess the depressive symptoms and social function. Results There were 733 depressive patients with residual symptoms included. Logistic regression analysis showed that loss of interest,sad mood,slow response,restlessness and decreased appetite affected the social function of patients with residual symptoms( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Some residual symptoms are the influencing factors for impaired social function in depressive patients with residual symptoms after acute treatment.更多还原
