团体复原力干预对神经症患者生物-心理-社会功能效果研究

【摘要】 目的探讨团体复原力干预对神经症患者生物、心理、社会功能的作用效果。方法选取15例神经症患者,其中干预组7例,对照组8例,对干预组神经症患者实施为期8周团体复原力干预,对照组不做任何处理。于干预前、后及干预结束3个月后进行血压、心率、唾液皮质醇的检测,亚洲复原力量表、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)的评定。结果干预后及干预结束3个月后干预组复原力、SSPI评分及皮质醇水平均较干预前升高(P <0.05),心率较干预前下降(P <0.05)。干预后及干预结束3个月后干预组复原力、SSPI评分及皮质醇水平均高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论团体复原力干预是有效的,可显著提高神经症患者的复原力水平,有效促进社会功能的恢复,调节皮质醇水平,降低心率,稳定血压。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of group resilience intervention on bio-psycho-social function in patients with neurosis. Methods A total of 15 patients with neurosis were selected and divided into intervention group( 7 cases) treated with group resilience intervention and control group( 8 cases) without treatment. They were assessed with blood pressure,heart rate,salivary cortisol level,Asian Resilience Scale( ARS),Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients( SSPI) before and after treatment,as well as 3 months later after treatment. Results At the end of treatment and 3 months later after treatment,the total scores of ARS and SSPI as well as cortisol level in intervention group increased significantly( P < 0. 05) and the heart rate decreased significantly( P < 0. 05) compared with those before treatment. At the end of treatment and 3 months later after treatment,the total scores of ARS and SSPI as well as cortisol level in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The group resilience intervention is effective in improving resilience and social function recovery in patients with neurosis,regulating cortisol level,reducing heart rate and stabilizing blood pressure.
