【摘要】 学生团队协作能力培养是新时代的迫切要求和高等院校素质教育的重要内容。结合化工设计课程的特点,分析了学生在团队协作能力方面存在的缺陷,提出了从教学模式、考核方式来加强团队协作能力培养的新模式,并论述了教师在培养学生团队协作能力过程中的重要作用。通过教学实践表明,这种改革途径可以培养学生的团队协作能力,有效提升学生的综合素质,使之更好地适应化工行业和社会发展需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teamwork ability cultivation for students is the urgent requirement of new era and the important part of quality education in colleges and universities. Combined with the characteristics of chemical process design course,this paper analyzes the defects of students’ teamwork ability,puts forward a new mode to strengthen the teamwork ability cultivation for students from teaching and assessment modes,and points out the important role of teachers in the process of improving students ’ teamwork ability. Teaching practice shows that this reform way can cultivate students ’ teamwork ability and effectively improve their comprehensive quality,making them better to meet the needs of chemical industry and social development.更多还原
