生物质混煤燃烧中氯析出检测方法的研究

【摘要】 生物质中氯的含量较高,在燃烧过程中会引起锅炉设备受热面的腐蚀。为了准确检测氯的析出,研究了三种间接测定烟气中析出氯的方法:硝酸银容量法、佛尔哈德法和硫氰酸汞分光光度法。结果表明,硝酸银容量法和佛尔哈德法虽仪器设备简单、操作便捷,但测量下限较高,无法满足部分混合燃料氯析出的测量要求;硫氰酸汞分光光度法测定下限低、灵敏度高,适合所有比例生物质混煤燃烧过程中氯析出的测量;硫氰酸汞分光光度法需要样液较少,可多次测量减小误差,其最大比例误差仅为3. 5%。

【Abstract】 The content of chlorine in biomass is high,which will cause the heating surface of the boiler to corrode during combusting.In order to detect the release of chlorine,three determination methods were studied to measure the chlorine in flue gas released from coal and biomass during combustion:Silver nitrate volumetric analysis,Volhard method and Mercuric thiocyanate spectrophotometric method.The results indicated that Silver nitrate titration and Volhard method were simple and convenient,but they were unable to meet the measurement requirements for the chlorine released from some blended fuel during combustion,because of high measurement lower-limit.Mercuric thiocyanate spectrophotometric method was suitable to determine the chlorine released from blends of biomass and coal at various ratio during co-combustion,owing to its low measurement lower-limit and high sensitivity.In addition,Mercuric thiocyanate spectrophotometric method needed less sample solution,so that the same solution could be measured many times to reduce error,and the maximum proportional error was only 3.5%.
